Truck Mechanic in Customer Service 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Administration of the customer service software and its further development

• Acceptance of technical concerns from our drivers

• Coordination of MFK appointments

• Acceptance and scheduling of maintenance and repairs in cooperation with the workshop management

• Acceptance and scheduling of maintenance and repairs for containers and receptacles

• Coordination between dispatch and workshop

• Coordination and simple tasks in the maintenance of the digital communication devices of our trucks as well as their return and issue

• Vehicle deliveries and transfers

• Daily orders in coordination with the workshop management

• Damage management and processing of all damages and repairs

What do I need to be successful?

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a truck mechanic, truck mechatronics technician, or agricultural machinery mechanic

• Further training in your professional field

• Professional experience in diagnosis, assembly, and repair work on trucks as well as superstructures and attachments

• Professional experience in customer service

• Advantageous: experience with the brands Iveco and Scania

• Ideally a valid driving licence C/CE

• Friendly organisational talent

• Enjoyment in coordinating

• Enjoyment in working in a team

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• User knowledge in Word, Excel, and Windows
