Polymechanic 2-Shift (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent programming, setup and operation of CNC turning and turn-milling centres
• Manufacture of individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
• Monitoring, control and optimisation of machining processes
• Responsible quality inspection and release of manufactured workpieces
• Documentation of manufacturing and quality data in the respective systems
• Collaboration in the introduction and further development of automation and robotics solutions in production

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or similar
• Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing on complex CNC turning and turn-milling centres
• Very good knowledge of Siemens controls and ShopTurn
• Good user knowledge of SAP and SAP ME
• Experience with tool management systems (preferably TDM) as well as digital storage and logistics systems (e.g. Kardex and SSI Schäfer lift systems)
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
