Lift Maintenance Technician - "Seeland" Region (Biel and Surroundings)

As a member of our after-sales service team, you are at the heart of the life of our installations and are responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensuring the maintenance and repair of a network of installations
- Developing and maintaining a relationship of trust with our clients by offering them a professional, high-quality service
- Acting as a link between our clients and our various departments
- Following maintenance plans and ensuring the performance of our installations
- Providing on-call service approximately every 5 weeks
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field (mechanics, electricity, automation, etc.)
- You have several years of experience in the lift sector
- Your place of residence allows you to reach Biel within 30 minutes
- You possess a driving licence
- Enterprising and friendly by nature, you organise yourself easily and know how to work independently
- You communicate with ease and are attentive to our clients’ needs
- You operate through anticipation and planning
