For a prestigious private bank, we are looking for :
Back-Office Securities Trading Specialist - M/F
Responsibilities:
- Booking Purchase and Sale, Direct Orders / DVP Trades, Trade for Treasury Portfolio, Fund Transfer
- DCD (Dual Currency) Subscription
- Various taxes in connection with the purchase and sale
- Control cash and securities reconciliation
- Control and payment Swiss Stock Exchange Taxes and Bern Stock Exchange Taxes
- Control, announcement, and payment Swiss Federal Stamp
- Private Placements
- Reporting SIX Exchange & BX Exchange
- Weekly control for Audit (Share Point)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience confirmed in the Securities-Funds reconciliation department
- General knowledge of the Back-Office activities
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Attention to details and accuracy / meticulous and proactive
- Knowledge of GTMatch – GTExchange – Globus (is an asset)
- Good command of the MS Office suite
- Solution oriented and pragmatic
- Team player and comfortable working in open space
- Stress resistant
- Flexibility, adaptability capacity, precise, proactive
