Lead Business Partner Controlling

For one of the leading industrial groups in the Swiss economy, we are looking for a Lead Business Partner Controlling.

Responsibilities

• Priority on developing and supporting the Controlling team in terms of skills and behaviour
• Development of "Business Partnering" skills within the Controlling team
• Management of 10 Controllers
• Organise and coach the Controller team
• Development of the "Calculation" function within the team with the necessary skills and resources
• Monitoring, support and understanding of the value streams of the production sites
• Proactive participation and support in the planning process (Budget, Forecast, ...)
• Effective variance analysis against standards and follow-up of action plans to ensure good quality standards
• The position reports to the CFO
• Travel required

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies (University/VET, University of Applied Sciences, Business School)
• Specialisation: in management control
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in a comparable role in manufacturing industry
• Extensive experience in closing, planning, reporting and cost accounting processes
• Proven experience in team management and support
• Very good knowledge of financial value stream processes and concepts
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 (SAP CO-PC, CO-PA, CO-OM, MM, PM, PP, SD, WM, PLM, BPC, BI)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP Analysis for Office Add-In (PowerBI is an asset)
• Strong analytical skills, quick understanding and flexibility
• Fluent in French (B2) & German (B2) / English is a plus
