Production Manager Manufacturing and Assembly (m/f/d)

Your tasks in this key role

• You bear overall operational responsibility for production and control the smooth material flow as well as the entire value chain of the operation
• You take on the disciplinary and professional leadership of the subordinate interdisciplinary manufacturing and assembly areas
• As a driver of production increase, you analyse performance indicators (KPIs) with razor-sharp precision and derive targeted measures in an extremely numbers-driven environment
• You act as a proactive initiator: you bring fresh ideas, develop customised solutions, and consistently implement lean methods
• You lead your team through clear objectives, develop your employees purposefully, and establish a culture of continuous improvement

• Your solid foundation: a technical basic education, mandatorily complemented by higher business or technical training
• You come deeply from practice: you are a proven CNC expert and have learned the craft of modern manufacturing from the ground up
• You are a genuine "doer type" and feel absolutely in your element in a strongly numbers-oriented, dynamic company
• You demonstrate proven successes in value stream management, KPI control, and sustainable process improvement
