Chief Heating Installer (M/F)
Your mission
As Chief Installer, you are responsible for the technical success and team management of the construction sites:
- Site Management & Organisation: Plan, prepare and execute installation work for heating / air conditioning systems
- Team Supervision: Lead, motivate and coordinate installers and apprentices on site
- Technical Monitoring & Control: Ensure compliance with plans, quotes, Vaud safety standards and deadlines
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Be the primary contact on site with the project management (PM), architects and clients
- Material Management: Anticipate supply needs and manage the material stock on site
Your profile
- Training: Federal VET Diploma in heating installation (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience: At least 10 years of successful experience in a similar position in Switzerland
- Technical Skills: Mastery of various piping techniques (steel, copper, crimping, welding), plan reading and modern heating systems (heat pumps, district heating networks, etc.)
- Leadership: Excellent organisational skills, initiative, interpersonal ease and rigour
- Driving Licence: Category B licence essential
- Preferred Residence: in the Yverdon-Nyon-Vevey region or nearby
