Our client is an established institution in the care and support of people with special needs, accompanying around 250 residents in a park-like facility with a village character. The company is distinguished by a holistic care concept, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a respectful working culture. To strengthen a specialised residential group, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as a Health Specialist (FaGe) (80-100%).

Health Specialist EFZ

- Care and educational support of people with dementia 

- Support and representation of the group management in all matters

- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration within the team

- Assistance in managing the group household

- Key worker role for residents

- Administrative care and documentation

- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ- Experience with people with dementia and ideally impairments - Knowledge of neurology, geriatrics or paediatrics is an advantage - Independent working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration - Differentiated perception and reflective ability - Good PC skills - Good German language skills, spoken and written
