Your area of responsibility

• As a Procurement Manager Purchasing Gastronomy / Hospitality, you take responsibility for purchasing at the locations Lucerne, Sursee and Wolhusen. You ensure professional procurement processes, reliable supplier relationships and optimal supply. In doing so, you combine economic thinking with quality awareness, negotiation skills and a strong service orientation.
• You ensure efficient and customer-oriented processes in purchasing and goods receipt and continuously develop the area further.
• Professional supplier and contract management is also part of your duties, as well as conducting negotiations and ensuring quality, prices, quantities and agreed services.
• In cross-departmental projects, you actively contribute your expertise and help shape the further development of purchasing processes as well as the implementation of strategic goals.
• You ensure compliance with relevant legal, hygienic and quality requirements as well as the associated administrative processes.

Your experience

• You have a higher professional education, for example a hotel management school, as well as sound business management knowledge.
• You bring several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in gastronomy, hospitality or a comparable environment, as well as sound knowledge in supplier and contract management.
• You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and assertiveness and combine this with a strong service and customer orientation.
• You work independently, structured and reliably and convince through strong communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and resilience.
