The Autonomy Plus Platform (PAP), a professional integration measure supporting an allophone and migrant audience in their professional reintegration journey, is looking for a:
FLI/FLE Trainer and Job Coach at 80%
Main Responsibilities
- You lead French workshops focused on job search techniques (TRE) and professional French, following the fide approach and the educational guidelines of the programme.
- You support participants towards autonomy in their job search efforts: adapting application documents, conducting interview simulations, developing professional networks, and using job platforms (including job-room).
- You promote linguistic progress for beginners and those with little or no qualifications through active, visual, and differentiated teaching methods.
- You assess linguistic achievements, needs, and progress, as well as basic digital skills, throughout the 3-month programme.
- You maintain a structured, motivating, and supportive learning environment within a group of 10 to 15 participants.
- You collaborate closely with the PAP team and your supervisors, contributing to the continuous improvement of the programme.
Desired Profile
- You place the needs and goals of participants at the centre of your practice, with kindness and a strong sense of mission.
- You are versatile, flexible, and enjoy working within a committed team.
- You have at least 1 year of experience teaching FLI, ideally using the fide approach, to a non-French-speaking audience.
- You have proven experience leading job search technique (TRE) workshops.
- You hold the FSEA certificate (or are in the process of obtaining it) and apply a modern and adapted andragogy for a heterogeneous audience.
- You work comfortably in a multicultural environment, adapt your approach to ensure respectful support of each individual’s journey, and help create an inclusive learning space.
- You foster consensus through your listening skills, humility, and ability to explore issues beyond initial responses.
- Your relational and professional adaptability allows you to contribute to the team’s dynamic and ongoing development of the training.
- You are available at 80% (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday).
