Responsibility for 1st and 2nd level support of the ERP landscape, especially Abacus, IS-E as well as supplementary tools and specialist applications
Recording, documenting, and tracking technical faults via the ticket system until successful resolution
Ensuring a maintained and consistent master data base as well as continuous quality control
Operational support of the specialist departments in daily work with the ERP systems
Initiating and co-designing optimisations both within the Abacus modules and in the associated business processes
Planning, conducting, and documenting tests for new functions, adjustments, and changes as well as approval for productive operation
Creation and delivery of target group-appropriate training, instructions, and eLearning modules for key users and employees
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training supplemented by further education at the level of a higher technical college in business, industrial engineering, or business informatics
Several years of professional experience in responsibility for an ERP system, ideally with deep know-how in Abacus
Sound understanding of master data management, business process modelling, and ERP-related procedures
Very good German language skills
