Specialist in Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you actively shape financial and personnel matters and use the ample freedom to contribute and implement your own ideas. Responsibilities:
- You manage the financial and payroll accounting of Sonnenbräu AG as well as the beverage markets
- In this role, you prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements including tax declarations
- As the person responsible for finance and personnel, you prepare VAT returns and other reports for federal authorities and associations
- You take responsibility for payroll processing and settlements with social insurance institutions
- In this role, you handle personnel administration from entry to exit
- As the person responsible for finance and personnel, you conduct employee interviews and manage the time tracking system
Qualifications:
- You hold a federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
- You have solid experience in financial accounting and are confident with financial statements
- You bring proven professional experience in human resources
- You are proficient with ERP systems (Abacus is an advantage) and skilled in MS Office
- You work responsibly as well as extremely reliably and in a structured manner
- You are characterised by strong communication and social skills
