SAP Key User Supply Chain / Purchasing (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Support and assistance for SAP users in purchasing (first-level support) in cooperation with the SAP superusers
• Active participation in the migration to SAP S/4HANA
• Analysis, documentation and optimisation of business processes in close cooperation with the operational departments
• Training of new employees in cooperation with the superusers in handling SAP MM
• Maintenance and optimisation of purchasing master data (suppliers, materials, conditions)
• Creation and maintenance of documentation, work instructions and training materials
• Collaboration with the IT department and external SAP consultants
• Support in the integration and use of new tools and processes

Our Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training or degree in business or IT
• Experience as a key user in the MM area is essential, experience in PP and WM is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience as a purchaser and experience with SAP
• Understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain management
• Experience in master data maintenance and process optimisation
• Strong communication skills and ability to train colleagues
• Analytical thinking and structured working method
• Experience in managing small IT projects is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
