Head of Accounting & Collections (m/f/d) 80-100%

What to expect from us:

• Merging the areas of Accounting and Billing & Collections into an effective unit.
• Scaling and optimising accounting and collections processes through digital and AI-driven tools for "touchless accounting".
• Leading and supporting the team as well as fostering a culture of personal responsibility and continuous improvement.
• Defining professional requirements for the system landscape and workflows in close collaboration with the Lead Billing Architect.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and group guidelines including correct VAT accounting.
• Ensuring an effective internal control system and acting as the central contact person for audits.
• Proactive role as a sparring partner in the finance team as well as leading cross-departmental projects.

What we expect from you:

• Business studies, ideally complemented by specialised further training in accounting, audit or digital leadership.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably several years in a dynamic SaaS scale-up environment.
• Deep understanding of accounting processes, ERP landscapes as well as AI agents and digital workflows.
• Structured and systematic working style combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Strong drive to shape and the ability to not only plan but actively implement digitalisation projects.
• Clear, understandable communication as well as high determination and personal commitment.
• Assertiveness and a positive, sporty mindset to inspire others with your own energy.
