Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a trading company located in Urdorf that manages a real estate portfolio for its own corporate group as well as for third parties, we are looking for a committed person to strengthen the team immediately. You will independently manage a diverse real estate portfolio with residential and commercial properties as well as a car park. In a positive team environment with direct and open communication culture, you will take on the comprehensive management of tenancy agreements.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage a diverse real estate portfolio with residential and commercial properties as well as a car park
You comprehensively manage tenancy agreements, including rental contracts, rent collection and handovers and takeovers
You are the central contact person for tenants, authorities, craftsmen and caretakers and supervise maintenance and repair orders
You manage the portfolio financially, including property accounting, heating and ancillary cost statements as well as evaluations
You contribute to new construction, building and renovation projects as well as long-term planning and value preservation
You coordinate maintenance and technical services and continuously optimise internal processes and workflows
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education, ideally with further training in the real estate sector
You bring several years of professional experience in property management or administration
You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written, and well in English
You have very good MS Office skills; experience with Immotop is an advantage
You are an independent, responsible and proactive personality with strong team and communication skills
