Are you passionate about electronics and wish to develop in a demanding technological environment, within a company recognised for the quality of its products and innovations?
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair circuits, components and electronic boards.
Identify root causes of faults, propose corrective actions and design improvements.
Document each intervention precisely and in a way that can be used by R&D, production and after-sales teams.
Be able to provide first-level technical support to partners and clients, manage client faults.
Use a ticketing tool (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management or similar) to ensure traceability of interventions.
Play a key role in after-sales service, analyse recurring incidents, propose product improvements.
Communicate clearly in English (spoken/written) with international clients.
Profile
Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written).
Organisation, autonomy, thorough documentation.
Strong customer service sense and ability to simplify a technical problem.
Natural curiosity for innovation, continuous improvement and product quality.
Ability to use tools/processes (ticketing, reporting, after-sales follow-up).
