Senior Network Specialist (m/f/d)

With a passion for technology and a deep understanding of business requirements, they support companies in building modern workplaces, highly available infrastructures, and secure IT processes.
Role:
As a Senior Network Specialist, you are responsible for complex network infrastructures from conception through implementation to stable operation – including LAN/WLAN, WAN, site networking, firewalls, and ZTNA. You take responsibility in demanding IT projects, drive the further development of the network architecture, and advise customers as a technical sparring partner, also in the pre-sales phase. In the event of complex faults, you are the escalation level in third-level support. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to actively shape adjacent fields such as cloud, security, or system engineering – ideal if you want to continuously expand your technical horizon.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for planning, implementation, and operation of complex network infrastructures (LAN/WLAN, WAN, site networking, firewall, ZTNA)
You lead demanding IT projects or contribute as a core member
You strategically and continuously develop the network architecture
You provide technically sound advice to customers and actively support pre-sales
You resolve complex faults as a third-level instance
Additionally, you actively shape adjacent IT areas such as cloud, security, or system engineering
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in network technology at senior level
You are interested in adjacent areas of computer science and enjoy developing yourself further
You enjoy working in a team and take pleasure in the further development of technologies
You work independently, in a structured manner, and with initiative
You act customer-oriented and responsibly
You have good German language skills and hold a category B driving licence
