Role:
In your new role, you will ensure the highest possible availability of the customers’ elevator systems in your region. To help you successfully master your future challenge, our partner will train you during a multi-week, practical training in the Lift Camp. The following activities will enable you to gradually build your expertise and gain valuable experience across the diverse product range.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair: Responsible for the regular maintenance and repair of elevator systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshooting: Quick and effective resolution of faults and conducting error diagnostics.
- Safety inspections: Conducting safety checks in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Customer contact: Friendly and professional interaction with customers to explain maintenance work and resolve inquiries.
- Documentation: Careful documentation of completed work and preparation of service reports.
Qualifications:
- Training as an elevator technician or equivalent: Completed training in elevator technology or electrical engineering.
- Experience in elevator service: Proven experience in maintenance and repair of elevator systems.
- Technical understanding: Good understanding of electromechanical systems and knowledge in fault finding.
- Customer orientation: Friendly and service-oriented manner in customer contact.
- Independent working style: Ability to work independently and responsibly.
