Certified Nursing Specialist HF

For our client, a Spitex in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a certified nursing specialist HF for a temporary assignment.

Care and support of our clients in their familiar home environment
Responsibility for planning, implementation and evaluation of the professional nursing process
Determination of care and support needs using the interRAI HC instrument as well as conducting reassessments
Ensuring professional care and support of high quality as well as taking over case management
Contact person for relatives, general practitioners, pharmacies and other service providers
Accompanying and supporting apprentices and students during their training

Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
Reflective, open-minded and flexible personality with joy in dealing with people
Enjoyment in caring for and supporting people at home as well as working independently
High professional competence, patience and empathy as well as the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations
Forward-looking, structured and responsible way of working
Good German language skills in spoken and written form
Driving licence category B
Mandatory experience in the Spitex sector
