On behalf of one of our clients active in the field of building technologies and energy solutions, we are looking for an HVAC Project Manager to support the development of various projects in heating, ventilation and refrigeration.

Mission:

• Ensure the complete management of HVAC projects, from study to commissioning.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders and trades involved in the projects.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Plan resources, deadlines and the different stages of assignments.
• Ensure the administrative, technical and financial follow-up of assigned projects.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, cost and deadline objectives.
• Propose efficient technical solutions meeting client needs and market developments.

Profile

• Diploma of ES Technician, Engineer or equivalent training in HVAC, energy or building technologies.
• Proven experience in the design and monitoring of HVAC projects in buildings or industrial environments.
• Successful initial experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of standards and regulations applicable to the sector.
• Ease in financial and administrative monitoring of assignments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or a BIM environment appreciated.
• Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented personality.
