As a Business Analyst, you are a central link between specialist departments, IT and external partners. You identify optimisation potentials, translate requirements into viable solutions and accompany their implementation through to operation. With your analytical thinking, your understanding of processes and your solution-oriented working style, you make an important contribution to the digital advancement of the UPZ.
Your tasks
- You analyse existing processes, business operations and system landscapes and derive concrete improvement measures from them
- You collect, structure and document requirements together with specialist departments, IT and other stakeholders
- You develop concepts, process models, specifications and decision-making bases for digital and organisational projects
- You accompany digitalisation and transformation projects from the idea through to implementation and introduction
- You moderate workshops, coordinate stakeholders and ensure clear, transparent communication
- You support tests, training and rollouts and ensure that new solutions work in everyday life
- You take on system responsibility for defined applications, coordinate requirements, changes and releases and drive continuous development forward
Your profile
- You have a degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You bring experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or in a similar interface function and have practical experience in process management, project work and ideally in healthcare
- You enjoy structuring complex topics, making connections visible and developing pragmatic solutions
- You convince with your communication skills, moderation skills and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
