Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Role:
As a Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ, you support the project management in varied building services projects and accompany these from the preliminary project phase to execution. You create technical plans and tender documents, participate in specialist site management and work closely with internal and external project partners.
Responsibilities:
Supporting project management in handling diverse sanitary projects
Creating plans in all project phases according to SIA 108 - from preliminary project to execution
Participating in specialist site management during the realisation phase
Preparing tender documents
Attending internal and external project meetings
Close collaboration with project participants to successfully implement the projects
Qualifications:
Successfully completed training as a Building Services Planner EFZ specialising in Sanitary
Very good CAD skills, ideally with Plancal Nova or Autodesk Revit
Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm and high commitment
Strong communication skills, resilient and flexible working style
Confident handling of modern IT applications, especially Microsoft Office
