Senior Accountant with Controlling Responsibilities (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF130,000 - 160,000Role:
In this role, you will shape the strategic development of the corporate finances of a growing investment group and significantly drive value creation through active controlling and reporting. You are responsible for group-wide financial processes, create transparency about the performance of the various units, and identify levers to increase efficiency and profitability. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flat hierarchies and maintain close communication with group management as well as the managing directors of the portfolio companies. By using modern digitalisation, you leverage synergies, optimise structures, and make a decisive contribution to sustainable growth. Additionally, you take on entrepreneurial responsibility by establishing performance-oriented control mechanisms and participating in the group’s long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- You manage group-wide controlling and coordinate the financial performance of the portfolio companies with group management and the managing directors.
- In this role, you develop and establish operational KPIs at group level for transparent and effective management.
- You analyse and optimise financial processes and systems across the group and actively shape consolidation processes.
- As head of corporate finances, you prepare budget plans and produce consolidated annual financial statements for the group.
- You are responsible for creating meaningful financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- You have 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a growth, private equity, or startup environment.
- You possess solid knowledge in financial analysis and controlling as well as practical experience with accounting or consolidation systems such as Abacus or LucaNet.
- Initial leadership experience or a strong motivation to take responsibility for a team distinguishes you.
- An independent, entrepreneurial working style with a strong focus on implementation is natural for you.
- You communicate confidently in German and English; Swiss German is a plus.
