Mould Technician – Quality, Inspection and Assembly

Your mission: precision, inspection and quality
Your role is to ensure the inspection, finishing and assembly of moulds, while ensuring compliance with quality requirements and defined standards.
Your main responsibilities:
- Inspect and measure parts and moulds using the coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
- Verify conformity according to company standards, norms and quality criteria.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes and procedures.
- Identify, analyse and contribute to resolving discrepancies and quality issues.
- Perform necessary tests and evaluations for the proper functioning of moulds.
- Carry out the mounting, assembly, adjustment and finishing of moulds and their components.
- Participate in planning, scheduling of production and continuous improvement.
Your profile: rigour, autonomy and team spirit
To succeed in this role, you are a person who:
- Has a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic or equivalent training
- Is rigorous and methodical, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Experienced in precision inspection and measurement, ideally on CMM (Zeiss is an asset).
- Possesses an analytical mind, capable of understanding and solving complex technical problems.
- Dynamic and proactive, comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders (English is an asset).
- Capable of working independently while appreciating teamwork.
