Quality Engineer Production (m/f/d)

Due to an internal transfer, we are immediately seeking a Quality Engineer for our modern production site in the beautiful Seewis. This position is responsible for the more strategic concerns of the quality function, but also works very closely with the operational colleagues on site. This combination makes the role attractive, particularly suitable for experienced QA professionals who are strong both technically and conceptually and are looking for a corresponding challenge. The position reports directly to the Head of Quality and Environmental Management.

Your tasks

• Support production in all quality matters
• Problem analysis and definition of RCCM measures
• Continuous improvement and process management, support of digitalisation in production
• Collaboration with global functions within the group
• Conducting internal audits, supplier audits and supplier development
• Environmental management in cooperation with global functions

Your profile

• Higher education, e.g. engineering degree FH specialising in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, or technician HF
• Ideally 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of the operational realities in a production company
• Structured working method and strong analytical skills (numbers, processes, systems), knowledge of SAP QM
• Collaborative working style and engaging communication (cross-functional and at all levels)
• Fluent German and English skills
