Service Assistance / Telephone / ReceptionYour tasks

• Acting as a hub between the customer and the service department
• Receiving customer requests at reception for workshop appointments, etc.
• Managing the customer service/reception telephone switchboard, attending to customers in the waiting area
• Supporting and assisting the tyre department
• Recording accurate customer and vehicle data
• General support for the service advisors

Our ideal profile

• Commercial training or basic technical training in the automotive sector with commercial experience
• Technical flair is desirable
• Communicative personality with very good language skills in German and English
• Driving licence category B
• High service orientation and motivation
• Very good IT skills (standard applications)
• Team player, flexible, organised, reliable, independent
• Premium brands BMW, MINI and Maserati
• State-of-the-art infrastructure at 5 central locations
• Motivated team of over 300 employees
• 5 weeks holiday / a 6th week possible
