Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for production controlling with a focus on cost efficiency and process optimisation
- Development, monitoring, and adjustment of production budgets as well as regular preparation of forecasts
- Analysis of production performance and derivation of recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support and monitoring of projects in production regarding costs, budgets, and schedules
- Identification of efficiency potentials in production processes and active participation in optimisation projects
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or comparable qualification
- Several years of successful professional experience in production controlling
- Sound knowledge of the industrial environment, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as confident handling of controlling tools
- Very good German & English
