Responsibilities:
Independent management and coordination of construction sites in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
Active on-site support – you work alongside and contribute directly to successful implementation
Planning and organisation of processes, compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and occupational safety
Technical leadership, motivation, and promotion of the construction site team
Close collaboration and coordination with project management and clients
Responsibility for material procurement and deployment planning on site
Regular business trips within the region
Qualifications:
Completed technical training or degree in HVAC, supply engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in the HVAC environment, ideally with knowledge of district heating technology
Experience in site management and team leadership
Hands-on mentality: you like to get involved yourself and see yourself as part of the operational team
Organisational talent, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
Willingness to travel regionally
Driving licence category B
