Role:

The range of services includes the management of residential and commercial properties, administration of condominium ownership, marketing of properties, as well as consulting services related to real estate financing and insurance. Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the comprehensive management of a real estate portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties and additionally manage selected condominium mandates.
Preparing and conducting owners' meetings is part of your duties, as well as handling the handover and acceptance of rental properties.
You analyse the rental price situation, support owners in related decisions, and are responsible for budget planning and reporting.
As the central contact person, you coordinate collaboration with tenants, owners, service providers, authorities, and caretakers.
Through your professional leadership of employees and caretakers, you promote high-quality and efficient property management.
Qualifications:
Your professional foundation is the federal specialist certificate in property management and several years of experience in operational management.
You work in an organised, precise, and service-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with different mandates.
Your confident manner and communicative strength enable you to professionally interact with various stakeholders.
A category B driving licence allows you to flexibly manage your properties on site.
You have fluent German language skills.
