Job description

Your tasks:

• Active advice and sale of our products in the store (Swatch and Flik Flak)
• Ensuring a warm welcome and courteous customer service
• Attractive presentation of our products in the store according to visual guidelines
• Responsibility for correct operation and accounting at the till
• Carrying out small service tasks such as battery changes and adjustments of watch straps
• Ensuring a neat and inviting appearance of the store
• Receiving deliveries and supporting stock management

Profile

• Completed training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in watches, jewellery, or lifestyle products
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of active selling
• Flexibility regarding working hours, especially at weekends, in a 7-day operation

We are looking for a committed and experienced, multilingual Sales Associate who feels comfortable in a dynamic, international working environment with great flexibility, resilience, and personal responsibility.

Languages

Very good German and French skills as well as good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
