Export Clerk (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for flawless order processing for national and international orders
- You handle customer concerns by phone and in writing
- You process returns and create credit notes as well as offers
- You maintain article and customer master data
- You collaborate with transport handling (customs documents)
- You handle complaints and forward them to the appropriate departments
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You can demonstrate further training as a foreign trade specialist FA or several years of experience in the export sector
- You have good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as experience with ERP systems (SAP)
- You possess good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- You describe yourself as an open and communicative personality equipped with a structured and precise way of working
