Apprenticeship Assistant Health and Social Care EBA

Each year, BSB trains numerous apprentices and students. From 1 August 2027, we offer you an exciting apprenticeship as Assistant Health and Social Care EBA in long-term care. You will accompany and support elderly people in their daily lives and make a valuable contribution to their well-being. In doing so, you will learn a varied profession full of humanity and meaning.

During your two-year apprenticeship as Assistant Health and Social Care EBA in long-term care, you will work in one of the five care centres of BSB. You will support elderly people in their daily lives, assist with nursing and care tasks, and take on simple health checks as well as administrative duties.

• Completed compulsory schooling
• Enjoyment in working with people and interest in health, care and support in daily life
• Appreciative and respectful attitude towards elderly people
• Reliable, helpful and responsible personality
• Enjoyment of learning and practical activities
• Good oral and written expression in German
• Team spirit, openness and resilience
• Willingness to work irregular hours (weekends and public holidays)
