In this role, as an experienced software developer, you drive demanding development projects forward while staying close to the code. You actively develop, make technical decisions and are responsible for their implementation within the team. You support your colleagues as a technical sparring partner and promote an open, continuous exchange of knowledge. You accompany your team with complex technical issues and help to create viable solutions. In this way, you significantly shape the technical development and quality of the shared software products.
Responsibilities:
Technical conception and implementation of powerful digital products from idea to productive deployment.
Development of robust services and integration solutions for complex system landscapes.
Professional support of engineers in architecture, design and implementation questions.
Further development of platforms, development standards and automated delivery pipelines.
Participation in strategic technology decisions and promotion of a modern engineering culture.
Qualifications:
Solid background in professional application development and technical leadership.
Very good knowledge of Java or Kotlin as well as experience with Spring Boot.
Experience with containerised workloads, OpenShift, message queues and API gateways.
Familiarity with CI/CD, automated software testing, Git and cloud-native patterns.
Solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and confident knowledge of German and English.
