5-Axis CNC Mechanic-Setter
- Federal VET Diploma in micromechanics, polymechanics or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC mechanic-setter
- Essential mastery of 3 and 5-axis CNC machining centres
- Good knowledge of Willemin-Macodel, Chiron and Robodrill machines
- Strong skills in milling complex parts with tight tolerances
- Very good plan reading and mastery of dimensional control
- Experience in high precision, ideally watchmaking, medical or micromechanics
- Autonomy, precision, rigour and analytical mindset
- Sense of continuous improvement and good team spirit
- Prepare, set up and put parts into production on 3 and 5-axis CNC machining centres
- Work mainly on Willemin-Macodel 408B, Chiron and Robodrill
- Prepare tooling and optimise settings
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing processes
- Carry out specific setups necessary for machining
- Produce small series and single high-precision parts
- Control and guarantee production quality
- Perform self-checks with standard measuring instruments
- Collaborate with quality control and production
- Occasionally operate Bumotec S92, Crevoisier and BC Technology machines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
