What to expect
With a view to a retirement at the end of 2027, early succession planning with a structured know-how transfer is planned in the Competence Centre Personal Injury. During your time in the Skilled Workers Network Claims (FNS), you will specifically develop into a specialist in personal injury. During your assignment, you will be fully integrated into the Competence Centre Personal Injury team and will build up your expertise in a practical and step-by-step manner.
Your impact with us
You will systematically familiarise yourself with complex case constellations and gradually take on responsibility for personal injury cases. In doing so, you will learn about relevant topics such as daily sickness benefits, accident insurance, and withholding tax, and apply your knowledge in everyday work.
In addition to the core tasks, you will contribute to withholding tax accounting as well as projects and change initiatives. You actively shape your role and support the team in embedding expertise more broadly and ensuring the long-term handling of sensitive personnel cases.
Your profile
- Strong interest in the field of personal injury and motivation to systematically build up in-depth expertise
- Training in insurance, experience with claims cases
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- High sense of responsibility as well as sensitivity and discretion in dealing with personnel cases
- Openness to additional responsibilities, projects and changes as well as enjoyment in actively further developing your role
- Very good German and French skills; Italian skills are an advantage
Your development path in the FNS
This position is part of our Skilled Workers Network Claims, abbreviated FNS. With this development programme, we specifically train specialists for important and specialised tasks in the claims area. This secures valuable knowledge, creates career perspectives, and prepares talents for future specialist functions.
You are fully integrated into the Competence Centre Personal Injury from day one and actively participate in day-to-day business. Experienced specialists accompany you in expanding your knowledge practically and gradually taking on more responsibility. Your development is guided by an individual development plan with clear goals. This is agreed upon together with you, your manager in the Competence Centre, and the head of the FNS.
The goal is for you to qualify for the intended specialist function within about one to two years and then to work permanently in a suitable role in the claims area. Your employment is permanent from the outset.
