You continuously optimise and develop ERP solutions, processes and workflows
You actively contribute to the further development of the ERP landscape in IT projects
You analyse requirements from the specialist departments and develop suitable solution proposals
You also support users in 1st and 2nd level support and accompany new functions
Collaboration with specialist departments, system managers and external partners is also part of your daily routine
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
You bring experience with ERP systems, ideally with eNVenta, as well as in IT support and Windows environment
Very good SQL skills and a good understanding of business processes characterise you
Fluent written and spoken German, French skills are an advantage
