Production Planner Fresh Meat IBP Pork

At Micarna SA in Bazenheid, you take on a central role in production planning and ensure that everything runs smoothly along the entire pork value chain – from slaughtering to finished product availability. What you will achieve

• You create and maintain short- and medium-term production plans.
• You plan the slaughtering and cutting process in the pork sector.
• You coordinate capacities with the plants and flexibly adjust plans in case of deviations or disruptions.
• You optimise inventory levels and clarify risks in the goods flow.
• You simulate alternative scenarios, e.g. in case of delivery delays, machine failures, or changes in demand.
• You work closely with production, sales, purchasing, and logistics and actively contribute in defined meetings.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: You have training as a butcher or food technologist.
• Professional experience: You have several years of experience in production or supply planning, ideally in the meat or fresh goods industry. You bring practical knowledge of SAP IBP as well as SAP R/3 or S/4HANA.
• You think analytically and in a connected way and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
• You are open to change, show initiative, and gladly take on responsibility.
• You communicate confidently in German as well as in French and/or English and enjoy working with different teams.
