About the job
What is my role?
You develop innovative PLC programmes (20% TIA, 70% Beckhoff, 10% other systems) and/or high-level language programmes (C#.Net, Javascript etc.) and work on exciting projects in the fields of automation, robotics, drone technology, vision, e-mobility, special machine construction and handling systems. You also independently take on projects from conception to implementation and carry out commissioning at customers on site (about 20% of your time). Most customers are reachable within an hour, so you are usually back home in the evening. You pitch in and are happy to pick up the spanner now and then.
What do I need to be successful?
You have completed training as an automation technician with further education as an electrical engineer HF or FH (or comparable qualification) and have experience in PLC programming, ideally with Beckhoff and/or TIA Portal. Knowledge of high-level languages such as C#.Net or Javascript is an advantage. A pure high-level language programmer would also be considered, but only if a technical background and industry experience are present. In addition, you have a hands-on mentality and enjoy practical work as well as the willingness to occasionally work at the customer’s site (mostly day trips). You work independently and responsibly, bring team spirit and are keen on innovative technologies.
What are my benefits?
Here you work in a really strong team that sticks together and supports each other. In addition, you enjoy many freedoms and scope for design in your projects and can work independently, with your ideas being welcomed. You can expect varied tasks in forward-looking technology areas such as robotics, drones and e-mobility with short travel distances to customers, so you are usually back home in the evening. You receive exciting challenges instead of routine as well as room for personal and professional development.
What distinguishes the company?
Our client is an innovative company working at the forefront of the latest technologies. Here you can expect projects in the most exciting areas of automation, from robotics to drone technology to e-mobility. The company relies on flat hierarchies, independent working and a family-like atmosphere. Innovation is not only emphasised here but lived daily.
