You want to do more than just prepare financial data; you want to actively shape the steering of a corporate group? For a larger company in the energy and infrastructure sector in the Bern / Mittelland region, we are seeking an experienced controlling professional who enjoys group-wide financial processes, planning, and management consulting.

Central finance role with a group-wide perspective
Close contact with management, business units, and other controlling functions
Responsibility for financial planning, cash management, and performance analyses

Responsibilities:
You coordinate budget, forecast, and multi-year planning processes at group level.
You analyse financial developments and prepare relevant insights for decision-makers.
You continuously monitor and proactively plan liquidity requirements and cash flow.
You create business cases and scenario analyses for investments and strategic projects.
You further develop management reports, key figures, and dashboards in terms of clarity and efficiency.
You actively participate in finance and ERP projects and support the further development of SAP S/4HANA.
Qualifications:
Higher education in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in corporate, group, or business controlling
Solid knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Very good Excel skills and a strong affinity for large data volumes and BI solutions
Experience with SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, is especially welcome
Analytical and conceptual working style as well as the ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly
