Your area of responsibility
- Competent telephone support and advice for our customers
- Independent order processing and management with SAP
- Administrative support of the sales team, especially in the preparation of offers
- Organisation and management of loan and consignment systems in hospitals
- Professional handling of complaints and returns
- Participation in the preparation of presentations and analyses
- Independent reporting as well as handling of general correspondence
- Active support in the further development and optimisation of service processes.
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position preferred
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Fluent in German and French
- Organisational talent, strong communication skills
- High customer and service orientation
- Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style
