On behalf of our client, a company in the plastering and painting sector located in the Lausanne region, we are looking for:

Plasterer

Your responsibilities

• Reading plans and preparing surfaces
• Installation of partitions and plaster linings or similar systems
• Application of plaster coatings and smoothing of surfaces
• Carrying out staff work and simple decorative finishes
• Treatment of angles, joints and seams
• Repair and restoration of damaged surfaces
• Preparation work before painting or finishing
• Compliance with quality and safety standards

Your profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a plasterer or equivalent training
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in the field in Switzerland is essential
• Able to work independently and anticipate the needs of the site
• Excellent organisational skills and good prioritisation
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to the work carried out
• Reliable, serious and solution-oriented person
