For a technically established company in the field of plant engineering, we are looking for an independent personality for the technical field service. You will take care of demanding systems at customers and ensure reliable operation with your technical know-how. The position offers a lot of personal responsibility, direct customer contact, and the opportunity to develop specifically in a specialised technical environment.
- Commissioning of new systems and support during their handover to customers
- Systematic fault finding and sustainable rectification of technical malfunctions
- Installation, configuration, and parameterisation of controls and electrical components
- Conducting functional checks and technical inspections
- Advising customers on technical questions and supporting individual solutions
- Creating service reports and clean documentation of the work performed
- Professional experience in technical service, customer service, or field service is an advantage
- Experience with controls, electrical components, or technical systems is a plus
- Fluent German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and professional appearance
- Technical understanding and interest in new technologies
- High flexibility and willingness for regular field assignments in Switzerland
- Driving licence category B
- Varied activity with high personal responsibility
