This is what you can achieve.
- As a Security Engineer (m/f/d), you have an overview of the central energy control systems of the SBB. You understand the interrelationships of the various system components, interfaces and surrounding systems.
- You work interdisciplinarily with IT security, the Security Operation Centre, plant managers, project managers and suppliers of control technology.
- The analysis and assessment of security incidents as well as vulnerabilities and the support of their processing and remediation are part of your responsibilities.
- You work in a broad range of OT topics, from IT through electrical engineering, telecommunications to energy.
- You apply your sound knowledge to analyse events and can initiate new solutions.
- Together with your team, you develop the specifications and standards, e.g. for release and patch management.
This is what you bring with you.
- As an independent and competent person, you succeed in gaining a good overview in a complex environment. You like to approach problems systematically and collaboratively.
- Even in hectic situations, you meet the quality requirements. You remain calm, make structured decisions and always keep the goal in mind.
- Together we design your working hours flexibly. To ensure the availability of the central infrastructure of the nationwide railway power supply, you are part of a location-independent on-call service in a 7x24h second-level support organisation (remote on-call duty approx. 6 weeks per year).
- You have practical experience in dealing with network technology and security tools in the OT world and have sound knowledge regarding threats, attack vectors, vulnerabilities and relevant protocols such as IEC61850.
