Technical Sales Support Officer (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of a client, we are seeking a customer-oriented and articulate individual for internal sales for an internationally active industrial company. The company develops and sells high-quality technical products and solutions for demanding customers from industry, construction, and commerce, impressing with innovation, quality, and a pronounced service culture.
Responsibilities:
Telephone and written support of customers and sales partners at home and abroad
Preparation, processing, and follow-up of quotations
Technical and administrative support of the field sales team
Recording and processing of customer orders in the ERP system
Coordination of delivery dates and monitoring of order processing
Handling customer enquiries about products, prices, and availability
Interface between customers, purchasing, production, and logistics
Maintenance of customer, article, and master data
Handling complaints and supporting problem-solving
Qualifications:
Technical or commercial basic training with a Federal VET Diploma
Further training as a Technical Salesperson with a Federal Certificate of Competence or Sales Specialist with a Federal Certificate of Competence is an advantage
Professional experience in technical internal sales or customer service
Very good German skills as well as good French and English skills
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office applications
