What to expect

• Providing information on benefits topics, cost approvals, general insurance questions, products and services - by phone and in writing
• Checking and processing outpatient invoices according to medical and insurance-relevant criteria
• Varied and customer-oriented tasks with telephone contact to our insured persons and service providers
• Identifying irregularities during invoice verification and resolving issues with service providers

What you bring

• Training in the paramedical and/or commercial field
• Experience in the benefits area of a health or social insurance is desirable
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, confident German in spoken and written form, knowledge of another national language is an advantage
• High customer orientation and willingness to provide service, enjoyment of teamwork as well as daily telephone customer contact
