Responsibilities
- Operational management and responsibility for the entire business
- Active participation in service as a committed host personality
- Development and implementation of measures to achieve business objectives
- Staff deployment planning including cost and hour control
- Planning and execution of all promotions, events, and sales-enhancing measures
- Responsibility for cost and budget control as well as ordering
- Leadership, development, and promotion of the team
- Completion of administrative tasks such as billing, monthly closings, and inventories
- Ensuring, implementing, and monitoring hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in gastronomy, hotel management, business administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of leadership experience in gastronomy or hotel management
- Experience in operational business management as well as strategic development of a company
- Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Confident and professional appearance towards guests, employees, and business partners
- German language skills at C1 level in spoken and written form are required; additional languages are a plus
