Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional for service, installation and commissioning of measuring systems in the field of heating and water. You independently look after systems and devices for residential, commercial and real estate customers and take on installations as well as inspections, repairs and troubleshooting. An important focus is on modern measuring, radio and communication technology for consumption-based energy and water cost recording. The activity combines classic building technology with increasingly digitalised measuring and billing systems.
Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of heat, water and electric meters in existing and new systems
Installation and parameterisation of bus, radio and central systems as well as associated peripheral devices
Installation and inspection of electronic heating and water cost allocators
Recording and documentation of relevant building, heating and system data on site
Creation and checking of measuring schemes for technically more demanding objects
Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work on measuring devices and system components
Systematic fault finding and troubleshooting on technical and electronic components
Carrying out functional checks as well as replacement and retrofitting of existing measuring devices
Execution of readings and consumption data collection at customer systems
Documentation of completed work as well as digital recording of service and measuring data
Independent organisation of daily service assignments within the assigned area
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as heating installer EFZ, sanitary installer EFZ or comparable technical training
Professional experience in service, maintenance or building technology
Knowledge of heating, sanitary and measuring systems
Good PC and IT user skills for digital service and device documentation
Connection permit NIV Art. 15 advantageous
Driving licence category B
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
