- Recording, analysing and processing support requests as well as coordinating disruptions and technical issues with internal IT departments and external service providers
- Administration and maintenance of user, customer and master data in ERP, CRM and other business systems
- Assistance with the introduction, configuration and optimisation of digital tools, applications and business processes
- Monitoring and processing system-supported financial and administrative processes, especially invoicing, payment and dunning processes
- Creation and maintenance of IT and process documentation, user manuals and knowledge databases to support users
- Participation in the digitalisation and automation of business processes as well as in internal IT projects and process optimisations
- Experience in IT/application support, customer service or user support via ticketing systems, e-mail, telephone and chat
- Good knowledge in the administration and maintenance of ERP, CRM and other business applications as well as careful handling of master and user data
- Understanding of system-supported business processes, especially in finance and administration; knowledge of debtor and creditor processes is an advantage
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as the ability to quickly identify and efficiently resolve errors and process problems
- Experience in creating and maintaining IT/process documentation, user manuals and knowledge databases as well as an interest in digitalisation and process optimisation
- Fluent German and English skills; French mandatory at B2 level
- High service orientation, strong communication skills, quick comprehension as well as an independent, structured and quality-oriented working style

Responsibilities

Profile
