Property Manager* Deputy Team Leader* (no STWEG)

For an established real estate trust company in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a committed individual by agreement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team leader in managing the property management team
• Independent management of a rental property portfolio
• Commercial and technical management including debt collection and dunning
• Preparation of reports, budgets and investment planning
• Support for owners, tenants, authorities and external partners
• Participation in real estate projects, process optimisations and acquisition of new mandates

Requirements

• Commercial basic training
• Federal specialist certificate in property management or equivalent further training
• Several years of experience in property management
• Independent, service-oriented and communicative personality
• Assertiveness and enjoyment of teamwork
