Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
In this central key position, you will take sole responsibility for the financial accounting of the holding companies, manage liquidity as well as budgeting processes, and support the upcoming implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial accounting of the holding companies and prepare the monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss CO.
You control liquidity planning, cash management, and are responsible for budgets and interim forecasts.
You handle intercompany settlements and ensure group reporting to Group Finance.
You are responsible for tax and compliance management (direct/indirect taxes) and act as the main contact for auditors.
You support D365 F&O implementation projects and conduct operational controlling and ad-hoc analyses.
Qualifications:
You have further training in finance and accounting, ideally the federal specialist certificate, a higher vocational training or a comparable business administration qualification.
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting or auditing as well as solid closing experience.
You have good knowledge of Swiss tax law and the Code of Obligations and are confident in using Excel.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is an advantage; you work independently, proactively and reliably.
You have a very good command of German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
